• SEND a requisition letter to the seller’s lawyer to ensure transparency, accuracy of title and free from defect.

• ENSURE that you sign the proper documentation on time.

• ENSURE that we are prepared to complete the purchase on the agreed date.

• RECEIVE the mortgage funds from your bank on your behalf and hold them in my trust account.

• ENSURE that all mortgage funds are disbursed accurately and provide you with detailed accounting.

• TRANSFER the title to the new owner(s).

• REGISTER the mortgage.

• SEND you a final solicitor report.

• SEND your bank a final solicitor report.
